Order Policy

Returns & Exchanges: Goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the error is from our side.
Payment Method: No cash on delivery (COD); payment is via bank transfer only.
Order Details: To place an order, please specify the item along with the customer’s detail information.
Legal Accountability: Any fake bank transfer will be subject to legal action.
Communication: Please communicate properly via WhatsApp or Instagram for a faster response.
Alterations & Sizing Policy (Standard size / Puff)
Sizing & Puff Volume: The puff volume is a Standard size; it cannot be increased for those who want extra puff, but there is no issue in reducing it.
Alteration Fees: Alterations are free no matter how many changes you request.
Delivery Fees: Delivery charges for alterations are covered by the customer, except in one case: if the mistake was 100% ours.
